Directing the camera

You point the camera by asking. This clip runs the whole move set on one document — so every step is comparable.

What it covers

• Zoom — a target plus a level. The target is any element, or the whole app; the level is a ratio — how much of the frame the target fills.
• Levels — presets: wide 0.50, medium 0.75, close-up 0.95, super-close-up 1.20 — or any number in between, like 1.15.
• Anchor — once cropped in, the point that holds still: nine named points, or any { x, y } — the numbers are fractions of the screen, so 0.7 sits 70% across.
• Hard cut — an instant jump, no travel.
• Snap — takes a number: how much of the move's path to cut from the middle. Built for typing: start the keys, snap onto the field.
• Pan — once cropped in, drifts across what's in frame.
• Follow — the camera rides the cursor between targets, zoom unchanged.
